  The staff was friendly and willing to help. However, product knowledge was poor. I asked three different people questions about wireless products that they couldn't answer. The tech at the repair desk was more knowledgeable, but far busier. In the end, it took longer for me to shop, I had to Google for answers, and finally had to take a chance with my purchases. I was able to set up my network as I wished to, but had to figure it all out on my own. The Canada Computers in Ajax (where I lived until two months ago) had far more knowledgeable staff who could always answer the most technical question I had.
  
  I have given a three star rating for the aforementioned reasons. I will go back again though, and should my opinion change I will change my rating. Nonetheless, I would still recommend this store to the average user.
