  I had an 8:00 appointment for new tires and waited in their lounge patiently. At 9:30 I took a look outside to see that my car was done. When I went out to the car it was cold like it had been sitting there an hour. The least they can do is tell you when your vehicle is ready! Also, they forgot a cap on one of the tire stems. Had to steal one off of my son's bicycle.
